The Hippeas brand of alternative, healthy snacks has recently announced the latest major coup the company has achieved as it contains to claim a major market share in the sector for chickpeas and other organic foods. Founder Livio Bisterzo revealed in the days prior to the 2017 Sweets and Snack Expo the latest round of investment including a deal struck with Leonardo DiCaprio and the investment company Strand; the announcement of new investment is always a time for enjoyment and celebration but the announcement of the involvement of Leonardo DiCaprio with Green Park Holdings has added an extra layer of shine to the announcement.
Leonardo DiCaprio is not an unknown figure in the healthy snacks and foods industry after making earlier investments in the alternative snacks sector after making his name as both an actor and environmental campaigner. Hippeas has been a fast-growing brand since its launch in 2016 in the U.K., due in part to the launch of the brand in Starbucks stores across the U.S.; Green Park Holdings was only launched by Livio Bisterzo in 2015 and has so far focused on the development of its first product, the Hippeas brand.
Hippeas has been developed as a puffed chickpeas product that entered the marketplace with advertising and marketing materials aimed at attracting the millennial age group interested in healthy, natural products; the difficulty of gaining entry into the Starbucks range of snacks has shown how impressive this first pulse-based product from Hippeas has been and should lead to the release of a range of new products to accompany the six flavors of Hippeas.
Born in Italy, Livio Bisterzo first came to prominence in the marketing industry with the launch of an events company during his time as a student at the iconic London-based University of the Arts. Bisterzo has since become a serial entrepreneur who has been involved in the launch and development of men’s grooming brand, Kyoku and the Little Miracles range of healthy teas. Bisterzo points to both of these as part of the reason for the initial success of the Hippeas brand.
Formed in 2008, the infamous company NuoDB has helped many by being a helpful elastic structured query language database for any general cloud application. This database is in fact SQL compatable and was given the nickname ‘NewSQL,’ much like the hit song “New Romantics” written by ten time Grammy award winner Taylor Swift, who describes the song as a ‘new kind of romance,’ where it is not relied on a relationship, but rather friendships and family.
The NuoDB company is mainly based in Cambridge, Massachusetts by Robert Walmsley, and co-founded by Jim Starkey and Barry S. Morris. They have been acknowledged on the Gartner Magic Quadrant, as well as having their databases used by the likes of Dassault Systèmes, which is Europe’s second largest independent software company, Kodiak, UAE Exchange, and also Alfa Systems.
NuoDB makes it their mission to build databases for strong-powered businesses, and make it easier for cloud applications to be accessible amongst other businesses and investors. Compared to other companies that use the NoSQL, NuoDB cloud database stands proud as the best working database processor manufactured in the last decade. Nonetheless, it proudly guarantees that it can support today’s cloud-based databases, and on-demand economy without sacrificing the promises other companies provide.
Everyone needs to use a lip balm to keep their lips in their best health. Some people do not use a lip balm every day, and when chapped lips strike they are left scrambling and running to the chap stick aisle to find a product that will soothe. The crazy thing is that when most reach this aisle, it is loaded with products of every type, shape and size. How is one supposed to know the product that will work for them, that will diagnose their chapping issue and be good for their lips?
The answer is, most of these products won’t do the job. A lot of lip balm products on the market are laden with harsh chemicals that may do more harm than good, or the product is “all natural” but does not contain the right formulation of natural ingredients to make any kind of difference.
Fortunately, there is a new balm on the market that can be trusted for every day use and in the case of emergency. EOS lip balms are the natural and organic choice. They are made of all natural ingredients, they taste great and smell wonderful, but they also work. With a combination of Jojoba, Vitamin E, and Shea butter, the balms seal in moisture and eradicate chap. Check pout ULTA.com for product listing.
Just because these products are all natural doesn’t mean they look “crunchy”. The packaging is bright, spherical, and modern looking making these products just as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside. The little pods fit right in the palm, are easy to twist open, and the balm inside fits the shape of the mouth just perfectly. This makes EOS just as fun to apply as it is effective against dry and chapped lips.
