Jose Henrique Borghi is a professional advertiser who currently works for the Brazilian advertising agency, Mullen Lowe. Mr. Borghi completed a college program in propaganda and marketing at the Pontifical University of Campinas. Shortly after he began working as a copy writer for marketing agency, Standart Ogilvy. This his first professional advertising job. His post there was as a copywriter.
Jose Henrique Borghi would work for many other advertising agencies such as Leo Burnett and DM9/ DDB before he co-founded his own marketing firm that was named BorghiRay. It was co-founded with fellow advertising professional and business partner Erh Ray. After building up the firm from nothing into a major advertising company in Brazil, BorghiRay was bought by the Lowe company. Erh Ray then also left the company. BorghiRay then became known as Borghi Lowe.
Now named Borghi Lowe, the firm continued to grow and impress a lot of clients. Another shuffle in ownership would occur for the advertising agency co-founded by Jose Henrique Borghi. Lowe and Partners merged together with the Mullen Group and thus there was a new stake holder in Borghi Lowe. The ad agency was once again renamed and is now called Mullen Lowe. Jose Henrique Borghi stayed on with the company and was appointed a co-CEO who was in charge of ad development and creativity. The other co-CEO was appointed by the Mullen Group. He remains in charge of finance and corporate compliance and Borghi on Facebook.
As an advertiser Jose Henrique Borghi is most famous for creating two marketing campaigns in particular in Brazil. They include an ad campaign he masterminded for Parmalat stuffed animal toys. In this campaign kids dressed up as stuffed animals and sang. The other famous advertising campaign that Jose Henrique Borghi is famous for is one for the Sazon food manufacturing company. It included popular Brazilian folk music in the ad and learn more about Borghi.
